Dear WFV Owners and Residents,

At the Board meeting that took place on 04.07.23, it was determined that the car wash station at Building W would remain open and that no further action would be taken regarding it.
 
The Board requests that car wash users practice care when washing their vehicles at that car wash, and to park in against the drivers side curb at the location in order to allow parking access to owners of nearby units and to avoid over-spray on parked vehicles.
 
Thank you for your patience regarding this issue and please continue to practice Aloha with your neighbors at the car wash stations.
 
Since there are continued complaints regarding non-resident use of the car wash stations, we will actively explore ways to restrict use of the stations to WFV Residents.  
 
Updates regarding those next steps will be forthcoming as we explore options and action takes place.
