We have arranged for Vent Pros Hawaii to clean the dryer vents in Buildings A through H starting Monday, December 9, 2024, at 8:30 AM. Each unit will take approximately 20 minutes to complete and will be done in alphabetical order. The schedule is as follows:
Monday, December 9, 2024 – Buildings A, B, and C
Tuesday, December 10, 2024 – Buildings D, E, and F
Wednesday, December 11, 2024 – Buildings G and H
The Association will bear the cost of this work, so we ask for your full cooperation by providing access to your units. If you will be off-island during this scheduled cleaning, please have your on-island representative provide access to your unit. If your unit is leased, please be sure your tenant knows about this scheduled cleaning and provides access. We are now cleaning one-third of the buildings on a three-year cycle. Should you miss the scheduled cleaning, the cost of cleaning your dryer vent will be at your own expense.
Residents are asked to have a clear path to the dryers and move any breakable or valuable items. Please note that the vendor cannot take requests for a specific time for service, as the cleaning will be carried out in the same way as when our pest control vendor treats the units on the property.
The vendor provides a “One-Year Plug-Free Warranty.” The Warranty becomes void if the dryer is replaced or if anyone moves or services it other than Vent Pros Hawaii.
