Every building has one two-story, three-bedroom unit, and four one-story, two-bedroom units, except for Z building, which has three two-story, three-bedroom units. Three-bedroom units are always on an end, while two-bedroom units have an end and center layout. Floor plans are “flipped” in an alternating pattern such that either bedrooms or kitchens are adjacent for adjacent units. Therefore, the two layouts shown below have a “flipped” floor plan where the kitchen and living areas are on the opposite side.
Note that owners may have significantly remodeled units such that these floor plans are not entirely accurate.
Our complex map shows the locations of three-bedroom units. For instance, building A has the three-bedroom on the right-hand (western) side, while F building has the three-bedroom on the left (eastern) side.
