New vendor for security patrols

Aloha Owners and Residents,

Starting April 1, 2020 we shall have a new vendor providing security patrols at the property.

Unfortunately due to the current circumstances Wailea Golf LLC, which has been providing services to us for many years, have shut down their operations until further notice.

To ensure that we don’t have a lapse in security service, we have entered into an agreement with Securitas beginning tomorrow, April 1st. They will perform nightly patrols as Wailea Golf did, and once the pool and recreation facility re-opens, they will provide nightly service to secure the premises.

However, please note that Securitas does not offer an option for residents to call them to report any issues. Should you need assistance with a security issue please contact Maui Police Department, or if it is an emergency, call 911.
