The Agenda, Proxy Form and Statement of Intent are also included with the notice.
This notice will also be sent out to all Owners via paper mailing, approximately 30 days prior to the Annual Owners Meeting.
In the meantime we encourage you to please send in your Proxy form so that we can achieve a Quorum of more than 50% , in order for us to proceed with the meeting as planned.
With less than 40% of the Owners currently present at WFV, as well as people’s reluctance to travel, it is therefore extremely important for you to send in your Proxy form.
