Aloha Owners and Residents,
We have a water leak in the car park area in front of Building M.
The gate valve for Building M needs to be repaired and the plumbing supplier is closed for the holiday until Tuesday morning.
Maui Plumbing will be on site between 8 and 9am on Tuesday to carry out repair work. They will need to excavate a 4 x 4 foot area in parking stall 177 and will also be cutting out the asphalt.
In order for the plumbers to carry out this work, they may need to shut off the main water valve that supplies the property. But this will only be confirmed once they have excavated the area on Tuesday morning. If this happens there will be no water on the entire property for a few hours so please prepare accordingly just in case.
