Water Leak repaired – July 5, 2022

Aloha Owners and Residents,

The water leak in the car park area in front of Building M, has been repaired.

Seeing as the gate valve was replaced in September last year, there was no need to do a property wide water shut down as the plumbers were able to isolate the line where the leak was with the valve.

The issue was caused by a 2 inch pipe that was installed incorrectly when the property was built in 1998.
