Visitors may only park in spots that are not marked Reserved, unless given permission by a unit resident to park in a stall belonging to that unit. Any overnight parking, defined as occupying a parking stall between the hours of 12am and 8am, requires registration and may require the visible display of a valid permit. This is either with a permanent decal or a Guest Parking Permit. Forms and additional information are found in the Rules, Procedures, & Forms section of the web site.
