Planning a visit to Wailea Fairway Villas?

E Komo Mai! (Welcome!) Please note that all parking spots marked Reserved are assigned to specific units. Visitors may only park in spots that are not marked Reserved, unless given permission by a unit resident to park in a stall belonging to that unit. Any overnight parking, defined as occupying a parking stall between the hours of 12am and 8am, requires registration and may require the visible display of a valid permit. This is either with a permanent decal or a Guest Parking Permit. Forms and additional information are found in the Rules, Procedures, & Forms section of the web site.
